If you have succeeded at your employment tribunal but not received payment from the respondent we offer a swift method of assistance in ensuring you receive what is rightfully yours.

According to government statistics some 39% of people with an award had not received a penny and only just over half had received full payment. In response to these figures the government introduced a Fast Track scheme which meant that if a respondent defaulted in payment of an award a High Court Enforcement Officer can register your award with the County Court and then transfer it up into a Writ of FiFa. The officer can then attend the respondent’s premises and, if payment is not forthcoming, seize their assets.

There is a court fee of £74 which is added to the amount the respondent owes but, unlike most of our competitors we do not charge a fee where we are unsuccessful in recovering the debt.
