Refund Policy

In the event of an incorrect amount being entered resulting in an overpayment a refund will normally be issued automatically. This refund will be made to the card used to make the payment.

Please contact Proserve immediately if you feel you have made an overpayment and have not received a refund. You will need to provide your Proserve reference. If you have made an overpayment, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one working day.

If you haven’t received a refund within 48hrs, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
